Service confirmation by letter of instruction, via email.

Cargo confirmation, arrival notice to ground via email.

Plant output notice indicating time, amount of material loaded and destination. If there are several deliveries, delivery schedules given by the client will be indicated.

Notice status during the journey every 2 hrs . via email and radio.

Delivery Confirmation:
• Time of arrival
• Who received us
• How much material received

Our operators have a radio (NEXTEL), data provided in the letter of instruction which further facilitates the operation and location of the unit in case of emergency or unforeseen change.

The entire operation will be handled like on the initial mailing to keep the same sequence.
